"We can't be dead, we have cable!"
Sunday watching recommendation: Nothing.
Ever wished that the whole world would just go away? Well, what if it did?
Directed by Vicenzo Natali (Cube), starring David Hewlett (Cube, Stargate: Aquarium) and Andrew Miller (Cube), and written by all three of them, Nothing is basically a geekish comedy film with some dark-ish humour on the side. It has the best tofu-related quote in film history and a turtle. Also, endless possibilities for puns with the title. =)
The trailer is quite misleading as it makes it look much more dark and horror-genre-y than it is. Better check out the opening titles (embedding disabled, fuuuu).
Stands repeated viewing (according to empirical studies with a sample group of one*).
*ETA: sample group expanded to two subjects, repeat viewings happened independently. =D
